How to Apply

Please fill out the application form for exhibit space rent, sign the agreement form of the rules for the 2012 Automotive Engineering Exposition, and send by fax/postal service to the Exposition Management Coordinator, TAISEISHA LTD.

• Application Form for Exhibit Space Rent

Application Due: Tuesday, January 31, 2012

※Applications will be taken based on the first-come, first-served policy. Applicants may be put on the waiting list when the required space (and time block) is fully reserved. Exposition Management Coordinator, TAISEISHA LTD. will inform if the application will be declined.

Payment Due: Friday, April 27, 2012

It should be paid in a lump sum to the designated bank account by bank transfer before/on the due date, upon the receipt of the invoice from the Exposition Management Coordinator, TAISEISHA LTD. Payment details will be described in the invoice. Please make a payment by bank transfer. The handling charge should be paid by the payer. Other payment will not be accepted.

※Any cancellation or reduction in the exhibit space should be notified in writing. If we receive such notification 90 days or more prior to the commencement date of the Exposition, 50% of the space rent will be charged to the Exhibitor as cancellation or reduction charges. If such a notification is made less than 90 days prior to the commencement date of Exposition, 100% will be charged to the Exhibitor. (Rules for 2012 Automotive Engineering Exposition: Article 7)

Wednesday, February 1 - Thursday, February 23, 2012　　　50% of the space rent fee
On or after Friday, February 24, 2012.　　　　　　　　　　　　　100% of the space rent fee

※JSAE, the organizer of the Exposition, may change the period of or cancel the implementation of the Exposition due to any matter beyond the control of JSAE. It shall not be liable for any damages that the Exhibitor may suffer due to such change or cancellation and the Exhibitor hereby relinquishes any claim to such damages. (Rules for 2012 Automotive Engineering Exposition: Article 8)
